The community spirit in Bengaluru is strong, appreciating various arts and culture, according to Khyochano TCK, a Naga pianist who is bringing the Brillante Piano Festival to the city this weekend. Musicians from 18 countries and 16 Indian states will be participating in the festival, uniting for a common purpose and vision. Bengaluru's vibrant cultural scene provides the ideal backdrop for the festival, which originated in 2017 in Kohima, Nagaland. The festival will showcase performances, workshops, competitions, and masterclasses in jazz, contemporary, and classical genres, as well as a platform for Specially Abled Musicians (SAM). The festival aims to unite artists from around the world under a shared vision. Prior to the festival, a street piano event was held at Church Street, showcasing community engagement through music and the power of creative expression in bridging diverse communities.
